Shipping & Delivery
Depending on the size of the order, in most instances, either Australia Post or Toll Priority will be used.
All orders will be sent with tracking information & or requiring a signature upon receipt, this is stored in our offices and can be requested at any time, we will not without request automatically send tracking numbers.
Australia - Freight costs are charged out at a $ price per KG. We will use the cheapest service possible with the exception of delivery to P.O Boxes which we be through Australia Post.
Overseas which includes New Zealand, Japan & Singapore - Freight will be charged at Australia Post rates $ / Kg and can be viewed by using the "Quote" button in the shopping cart.
Overseas - If you have  preferred shipping partner, please contact me prior to purchase and we can get  quote. For ease of transaction it's suggested you use Australia Post.
Returns & Replacements
If, for some reason, a product we've supplied you has been deemed faulty either at time of receipt from us or a return from a customer, please contact us and we'll organise a replacement or credit note.

If you're using a courier, the street address is 52 Albert Street, Gumeracha, 5233, South Australia.
All orders will be filled as quick as possible, generally same day or the following business day depending on the time the order is placed.
If for some reason there is a delay in filling your order we will make every attempt to let you know in a timely manner.
Orders captured with stock requirements we are unable to fill immediately, will be processed at the earliest appropriate time, when these goods are back in stock.
Subsequent invoices will be raised for stock delivered after initial order.
We observe varied minimum order quantities on different brands and product lines according to original packaging and or individual unit cost.
Wherever possible we aim to be flexible and try to accommodate all requests.

New accounts will require immediate payment prior to shipping of goods, for the first 6 months, or as negotiated between both parties.

Pricing & GST
The pricing listed on this website will be used when calculating all invoices. Where an error in the amount payable occurs the correct amount shall remain payable.
GST will be applied to goods where required, and will be paid in addition to the unit cost.

At anytime you wish to view the status of your existing or previous orders you can log in to your account, wherever possible we will store historical data.
Updating Account Information
If any of your details change, particularly postal address, please log in to your account and update as required.
